Why this gets better over time

We publish how we measure. The eight pathways, the questions, the method, all of it is open at thrivability.ai. Anyone can read it, use it, or argue with it. An open measure is the only kind a person can trust.

What is not open is the record. Every set of answers, given with permission, adds to a picture no single employer could ever see on their own. Where people are doing well, where they are struggling, what actually helped, and what did not.

That record cannot be copied, because it does not exist anywhere else. It was gathered one reading at a time, with permission, across years. Someone starting today would have to start at zero and wait.

No one is ever singled out. A group only appears once at least twelve people have answered.
